    Hi Tannis, keep going girl you’ll do great because I know how determined a person you are!! I’ve started jogging as a variation to my step training which I do at least 4 times a week. I’ve started eating better and cut down on some goodies. This has helped me to come down a little. I wish it were ten pounds but I’ll have to stick.
